McGuire & Simon participated in Barn on Fire, a residency by New York Theatre Barn and Fire Island Pines Arts Project, in late June on Fire Island. The final presentation took place on June 24, 2023 and featured material from The Bubble (starring Danny Kornfeld, Drew Elhamalawy, and Jennifer Apple), hosted by Jerry Mitchell.
